People who skip breakfast are 450% more likely to be obese. I found this statistic staggering. Eat 30-35% of your calories early and you absolutely have to have both carbs and protein. You want to eat a majority of your carbs early in the day. If you have a hard time eating in the morning, break it up like I do and eat about 200 calories right after you wake up then another 200 at 10:00 am. :-
