A Great Natural Colon Cleanse

 

4 oz. unfiltered apple juice
4 oz. Nature’s Spring water
2 T Liquid Chlorophyll
2 T Aloe Vera
1 heaping t Psyllium Hulls

Blend ingredients in blender.

Drink immediately.
Drink another glass of water immediately after with 2 Cascara Sagrada capsules.

Take first thing in the morning.

Continue for at least two months, then use as desired.

Drink plenty of water during the day. You can use LOCLO as a substitute for Psyllium Hulls.
