No, it's not I have a friend here that thinks by eating nothing but salad she's helping herself. Well she is losing weight from what I can tell but she refuses to eat protein. Protein isn't just meat, lots of different forms to choose from, fish, beans lots.
I tried explaining, your losing your muscle too and when you get older welllllll guess what,
What the heck is gonna burn the fat?
You have no muscle or way less! Your gonna turn into a blooob.
Oh we'll what do you do. Just let her learn for herself. I have a hard time keeping muscle so I'm not giving up any of mine lol!
Hopefully she'll realize before its too late since she won't listen to me I guess I'll just sit and wait until she asks me.
